The Originals...

At the end of 2014 The Originals was Privileged to have been reviewed by Peter Morley a well known music critic.
The article was a big suprise to us as it appeared in the Whats On magazine and is a great review, although we were nervous leading up to its release.

The Originals: The Journey (4 piece band)
The fact that the band came together as a collection of other groups is nothing new in this modern era, but it gets interesting when we see the right people coming together at the right time. This was evident from the beginning.
Cutting their teeth in the many clubs of the North West The Originals band members have worked hard to maintain consistency, covering all genres of music from all eras and yet they come together to cover an era never forgotten, "the sixties and seventies".
The energy and drive of this era, allows us to project the enjoyment as we delve into memories of this timeless machine of melodies, which engages the audience from beginning to end.
We only have to reference the likes of The Beatles, The Eagles, The Hollies, and the Stones and we capture the attention of audiences. This is understandable, given that this era is responsible for shaping and influencing some of the greatest artists out there today.
Though there are other bands of similar styles, touring the club circuit, we pride ourselves in our innovation and 'originality' - hense the name, which we hope can help us prosper and improve to be the best we can be!
One thing we are unable to explain is many of our clients say we create a sixties atmosphere, I suppose this is the energy and drive of the songs we perform which is a nice asset to attain.

The Originals are available for hire for, Clubs, Weddings, Parties, festivals Corporate events we adapt our set list of songs to suit the event and more importantly the audience.
